- Single-lumen silicone tubing featuring a radiopaque line for precise identification of the tube within the patient’s body through scopy.
- At the distal end, it features truncated cone-shaped microholes distributed along the entire circumference, minimizing the risk of body tissue becoming trapped in the holes. This reduces the risk of trauma during removal and facilitates the removal of the device itself.
- The various models differ in the internal and external diameters, the number and size of the holes, the total length of the catheter tube, the length of the perforated distal portion, and the type of tail (proximal portion). This can be straight, with a cross-section perpendicular to the tube itself, or blunt, with a cross-section inclined at approximately 45 degrees.
