EndoPerfect
The EndoPerfect system is indicated in minimally invasive surgery for video-assisted endoscopic vessel harvesting. It is particularly suitable for harvesting the saphenous vein and radial artery for subsequent use in coronary artery bypass graft surgery. The EndoPerfect system can also be used for in situ bypass of peripheral vessels.

- The EndoPerfect system consists of three devices: the Tunneler, the Spacer/Elevator, and the Manipulator. The Tunneler creates space around the vessel and shakes it away from the surrounding tissue; the Spacer/Elevator maintains a working space to allow for the insertion of the Manipulator and the device for cauterizing the collateral vessels; the Manipulator moves the vessel to be isolated within the working tunnel and presents the collateral branches to the cauterization instrument or clip applier.
- The EP-002 model features a smaller profile and shorter spacer to access tighter spaces; the Manipulator, however, is longer and does not have a channel for bipolar scissors.
- The system does not require the use of CO2.
- Thanks to the special design of the Manipulator, there is no risk of damage to the vein during collateral vessel harvesting.
